I am doing Shimelle's new class Pretty Paper Party and finally got a couple layouts done for it. This is what I love about her classes...you can do them at your own pace so it takes the pressure off.
Mixing and matching paper strips
I was so pleased with myself as I was able to knock these out in no time I think in part from the great inspiration I got from taking part in True Scrap this weekend plus Shimelle's awesome prompts with great inspirational layouts.
These are fantastic!! I'm loving this class, aren't you?? I can't wait to see what else you make!

Those are adorable! I especially love that first one. I almost took that class, but I just had too much going on this month and one of the things I love most about online classes is the interaction. It looks like a good class, as usual! I added your gravestone cupcakes to my Halloween Cupcake Idea post. And now my son wants me to make them for international day on Friday. : ) Halloween is very American, right? So, they will work for the American table, don't you think?

Thanks Margie! I almost did not take it as I too have so much to do between now and the holidays but the night before it started I gave in and signed up. I am going at my own pace with the layouts but try to check the forum at least once a day. The cupcakes will definitely work for the American table. It is becoming popular in other parts of the world (my sister in France has started to get a few trick or treaters)but it is still very much considered a North American holiday.
