My oh so cute and adorable nephew is turning two this month and my sister is planning to have an 'Up" themed party for him. So of course I had to make him an "Up" themed birthday card to go along with the party theme.
For the balloons I used an image from the Silhouette Studio and ungrouped it and filled the balloons with the colors that I wanted. I then used the print and cut feature and printed the images out on glossy photo paper. Then ran them back through my Silhouette to cut them out. Note that these balloon images came with strings but I decided to just use the balloon part of the image and attached embroidery floss for the strings. The house image was also from my Silhouette Studio and was sketched using the pen attachment and sketch feature. Add some glitter Thickers from American Crafts, mini letters from Making Memories, and some clouds cut from Sassafras Lass paper and you have a fun card fit for a two year.
I absolutely love how this card came out and plan to make some more with different color schemes.
I love that house, so cute!

Oh, the colors and patterns of the clouds! Completely adorable!! I don't have a Silhouette, but it looks fun to use.
