Sunday Silhouettes

Another week trying the print and cut feature on my Silhouette. 

I used an image for regular cut - the birthday cake - and colored in the individual parts using the Silhouette software.  The tutorial I followed on the Silhouette blog shows you how to group the pieces back together to make one image and then print and cut it but I wanted to add some dimension to mine so I did not regroup the image before printing and then cut out the individual pieces using the Silhouette and then put them back together on the card.

I also finally got a few pens that fit the pen adapter for use with the sketching feature and tried my hand at it again to add the frame and words happy birthday.  Put everything together, add some ribbon and another birthday card done.

Have I said how in love I am with this machine!
