Welcome to another Sister Sketch. Can you believe that it is almost the end of October already. It seems like just yesterday that Francine and I started this project.
This month we headed back to Page Maps for this wonderful sketch.
Here's my take on this sketch. I stuck pretty close to the sketch just switching around where the placement of the journaling and titles went! I also used two small photos instead of three.
I got this idea one morning this week as Sheldon and I were getting ready for work and watching Simba sitting and seeming to plot out his day! Here are some close up images.
The journaling block is pieced together from two different journaling cards (I have had them in my stash forever) which I embellished with some of the bunting and then mounted onto a piece of patterned paper. This is an easy way to give new life to older things in your stash.
I once again used two sets of alphabet stickers to create my title, add a bunting and some bling and my layout was complete. Interesting to note is that two of my photos were taken with my iPhone and they came out pretty decent I think.
