Welcome to a new feature that Francine and I are starting on our blogs - Sister Sketch. This is a modified version of our blog Sister Scrap that we started a few years ago. Unfortunately due to other life commitments Sister Scrap fell by the wayside. However, we are back with a new joint project. Once a month we will be picking a sketch and posting our individual interpretations of it.
This month's sketch is by Becky Fleck and is from the February 2011 archives on Page Maps.
And here is my layout. I used the basic placement of things from the sketch but used fewer embeliishments than the sketch seems to have.
Everything but the letters and rhinestones are from my stash of Sassafras Lass that I got during their awesome grab box sale that they had last year. Here are some close ups.
